Why POWER

When and where does POWER launch?
We are preparing our first cities now. Founding members are the first to know and the first invited. Tell us your city in the form: it helps us decide where to start.
How can POWER charge so little?
Our model is a small flat royalty on every ride ($2 from the driver, $1 from the rider) instead of a percentage. It is simple, predictable and the same for everyone.
Is it really free for drivers to join?
Yes. No membership, no subscription and no payment card to activate your account. You only pay the flat $2 royalty on the rides you complete.
What documents do drivers need?
A profile photo, a valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, a business document proving your legal right to drive passengers, your work authorization, and your license plate with a photo of your vehicle.
Who can see my documents?
Only POWER, to verify your account. They are never shown to riders or to other drivers.
When is my card charged?
When you request a ride, the amount is pre-authorized to check that the funds are there. Your card is only charged once the ride is completed, and the receipt shows exactly what was charged.
Can I cancel a ride?
Riders can cancel or switch drivers for free within 10 minutes of requesting. Drivers can cancel one ride per day without penalty.
How does Luxury pricing work?
Luxury is booked by the hour: $60 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, and up to 150 km (93 mi) included. Extra time is $20 per hour. You only give a pickup address: your chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking.
Can I be both a driver and a rider?
Yes. You get one account per role, each with its own QR code and member ID, and the two stay separate in the app.
Which currency will I pay in?
The amounts are the same everywhere; only the currency follows your country. For example $2 in the United States and €2 in France.
Does joining commit me to anything?
No. It is free, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
